Thank you for registering your interest in joining our early-stage business vitality programme,
To be considered, we will require you to confirm your participation and availability for all of the six group sessions which will take place between 09:30 and 12:30 on the following dates:
- Thursday September 25th | Online (Zoom)
- Thursday October 2nd | Online (Zoom)
- Thursday October 16th | Online (Zoom)
- Thursday October 23rd | Online (Zoom)
- Thursday November 6th | In-person. Location t.b.c
- Thursday November 20th | Online (Zoom)

Next Steps:
Based on the information you provide, we will finalise the list of participants for the cohort.
If you are selected, we will invite you to have an introduction call with the programme lead and coach which will be on the 11th or 15th September, prior to the start of the programme.
For those who do not secure a place in the upcoming cohort, we will maintain a waiting list for future cohorts and inform you of any openings or subsequent sessions.
