Female Leaders & Entrepreneurs

Thank you for registering your interest in joining our business vitality programme, specifically designed for female business leaders and entrepreneurs in Cheshire East. We are thrilled by the overwhelming response and are excited about the opportunity to support another talented and dynamic group of individuals.


To accept your place, we will require you to
confirm your participation and availability for all of the six group sessions which will take place between 09:30 and 12:30 on the dates provided in the invitation e-mail, and book an introduction call with the programme lead and coach before the first meeting.

Once you have confirmed your acceptance of a place on this cohort, please book your introduction call with the programme lead and coach, Debbie Taylor. This call will be approximately 20-minutes and a great opportunity for you to get to know each other before the launch of the programme, and for Debbie to better understand what you would like to get out of your participation.  Debbie has slots available on Tuesday 26thand Wednesday 27th August, and you may use our booking tool below to select the slot that is most convenient for you.

About Debbie Taylor

Debbie is a highly experienced global leader who is passionate about helping business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs to optimise their potential and business performance.


She has a sustained business track record and extensive industry experience having held prestigious roles across Tourism, Hospitality and Real Estate in UK, Europe, and the US, at General Manager, Managing Director and in a variety of board level roles.


Today, as a highly accredited and experienced executive coach, team coach and leadership consultant, she inspires individuals and teams to achieve their full potential – maximising business results and developing exceptional leadership skills.


Her work as a coach and facilitator has enabled her to work with entrepreneurs, SME’s and larger corporate organisations in almost all sectors of industry including hospitality, retail, professional services manufacturing, tech and renewable energy in the UK and globally.


Her portfolio of experience has included being the first women General Manager in the 120-year history of the renowned 5-star Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel Edinburgh. She was voted in the “Top 100 Women in Hospitality” by The Hotel and Caterer Magazine.


She also held the high-profile role as Managing Director of the Old Course, St Andrews. As President of Hospitality and Real Estate division for Kohler Co. she spearheaded the 5-star operations across their US and Scotland properties, as well as being on the main board for the organisation that manufactured in 49 countries globally.

Do I qualify?

Businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • based in Cheshire East
  • be a decision maker in the business
  • female business leader or entrepreneur
  • is a micro, small, or medium-sized SME
  • appetite to scale and grow
